TRATA on Ice Sardines with Wild Greens and Lemon
    Ingredients
  • 1 package of TRATA on Ice sardine fillets 400 gr
  • 400 gr of washed wild greens
  • 2 green onions cut in thin slices
  • 1 lemon
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 50 ml water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:15 minutes

Allow the sardine fillets reach room temperature. Dry them well with paper towels. Cut the greens into large pieces. Place the water in a deep frying pan and bring to a boil. Add the green onions, greens, olive oil, and salt; cover the pan with a lid and cook at a low heat for 5 minutes until the greens become soft. Add the sardine fillets, cover again, and cook for 5 more minutes. Add the juice from the lemon and serve with freshly ground pepper.
