Tart with smoked tuna TRATA and pea pesto
    Ingredients
  • 1 can of smoked tuna TRATA
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 10 cherry tomatoes cut in halves
  • 100 gr. finely chopped parsley
  • 100 gr. finely chopped dill
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 200 gr. boiled peas
  • 100 gr. grated parmesan
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 50 gr. olive oil
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:15 minutes

Lay the puff pastry out on a pan pressing it with our fingers. Prick with a fork and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes. In the meanwhile, mix the cherry tomatoes with the herbs in a large bowl. Add olive oil, salt and pepper. Fill the tart and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven, at 160oC.
