Smoked tuna TRATA piquant with flavored white bean hummus
    Ingredients
  • 2 cans of TRATA smoked tuna piquant
  • 400 gr of boiled white beans
  • 80 gr of whole grain tahini
  • 30 ml of olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 10 gr of cumin
  • 5 gr of curry powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garnishes:
  • Cherry tomatoes, radishes
  • Pita bread
  • Black sesame seeds
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:20 minutes

Blend the beans, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, and spices in the blender until a firm paste forms. Correct the thickness with a little cold water and the flavor by adding salt and pepper. Heat the bread in the oven or in a toaster and cut in triangular pieces. Serve the hummus with the vegetables and the smoked tuna on top. Tips! You can find ready-made boiled beans in the supermarket. Of course, you can boil your own and refrigerate them until needed. Let the white beans sit in cold water, change their water, and boil them with a bay leaf and an onion cut in large pieces.
