Pasta with smoked tuna TRATA and red pepper pesto
    Ingredients
  • 1 can of smoked tuna TRATA
  • 400 gr. whole wheat pasta
  • 200 gr baked red peppers
  • 100 gr salted peanuts without the skin
  • 1 glove of garlic
  • 50 gr olive oil
  • 50 gr basil leaves
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:20 minutes

Put the peppers, peanuts, garlic, olive oil and basil in a blender and grind until you have a nice paste. In the mean time, cook the pasta according to instructions. When the pasta is ready, strain them and mix with the pesto. Serve with smoked tuna TRATA.
