Pasta with Cuttlefish Ink and TRATA Tuna Sauce
    Ingredients
  • 2 cans of TRATA tuna in olive oil
  • 400 gr of pasta with cuttlefish ink
  • 200 gr of canned chopped tomatoes
  • 2 finely chopped green onions
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • A few basil leaves
  • Zest and juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of capers
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:15 minutes

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, prepare the sauce. Put the olive oil, the green onions, and the garlic in a skillet, sprinkle with salt, and leave covered until soft. Add the tomatoes and the butter and boil for 5 minutes. When the pasta has boiled, transfer it to the pan with the sauce, turn off the burner, add the tuna, basil, capers, and lemon zest and juice, mix, cover with a lid and let stand for 5 minutes to absorb the sauce. Serve on hot plates with freshly ground pepper.
