Carrot salad with peppers and anchovies
    Ingredients
  • 1 can of anchovies in olive oil TRATA
  • 4 cups of grated carrot
  • 2 bell peppers in cubes (any color)
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 small onion in cubes
  • 1 orange or sanguine in slices
  • dill
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:10 minutes

Put all the ingredients for the sauce in a jar and shake until you have a fine sauce. Pour the sauce into the bowl that the salad will be served. Add the carrot, pepper, celery, onion and citrus. Mix well with two large spoons or with hands wearing gloves. Sprinkle with dill and add the anchovy fillets.
