  • 1 fresh green onion
  • 5-6 branches of parsley, finely chopped
  • ½ cup of heavy cream or strained yogurt
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • For serving:
  • 1 ripe avocado, cut in slices
  • Cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • A little finely chopped parsley
  • Olive oil, salt, and lemon
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:10 minutes

Following the same logic as taramosalata, this salad is an ideal dip that can be eaten by itself with vegetable sticks or crispy bread or on top of warm toast, but can also be put in bread for a sandwich or eaten on bruschetta. Instructions: In the blender, first blend the tuna with the cream and lemon juice, and once a uniform mixture has formed, add the parsley and green onion. Keep mixing until a uniform mixture has formed. Make a small salad by mixing all the ingredients, the avocado, cherry tomatoes, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper, and serving with the paté. Accompany with toasted bread, breadsticks, or rusks.
