    Ingredients
  • 2 packages of TRATA smoked tuna
  • 2 large boiled potatoes, still hot
  • 4 fresh green onions, finely chopped, or 1 grated onion
  • 1 egg
  • 2-3 branches of dill weed, finely chopped
  • 5-6 branches of parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:30-40 minutes

Drain the Trata smoked tuna well. Boil the potatoes in plenty of salted water and peel them. While they are still hot, mash them with a fork. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and knead by hand until a uniform mixture is obtained. If for some reason the mixture comes out wet, add some breadcrumbs or flour. Leave the mixture in the refrigerator for half an hour. Spread a baking sheet on a baking dish and preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Knead the mixture into thick burgers and bake each side for 30 to 40 minutes. Tip: Serve in hamburger buns with mayonnaise, lettuce, or tomato.
