TRATA Sardines with Leeks, Cherry tomatoes, and Capers
    Ingredients
  • 1 package of Trata on Ice sardines 400 gr
  • 400 gr leeks
  • 1 diced clove of garlic
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 100 gr cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 30 gr capers
  • Salt
  • Pepper
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:20 minutes

Allow the sardines to reach room temperature. Wash, clean, and cut the leeks in thin slices. Place the leeks and oil in a deep frying pan, add salt, cover with a lid, and cook at a low temperature until the leeks have become clear in color and sweet. Add the cherry tomatoes and the sardines, pour in the wine and cook for at least 8 minutes, until the fish is ready. Rinse the capers and add them as well. Serve hot with freshly ground pepper.
