Steamed anchovies TRATA on ice with mustard sauce, thyme and white wine
    Ingredients
  • 1 frozen pack of anchovies fillets TRATA on Ice (400 gr)
  • 100 gr. water
  • 100 gr. white wine
  • 3 tbsp mustard
  • 10 cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • salt
  • pepper
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:20 minutes

Bring the cleaned and ready to cook anchovies fillets TRATA on Ice to room temperature. Pour the water and wine in a deep frying pan to boil. Add the olive oil and mustard and stir well until dissolved. Then place the fillets in the pan, add the cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper and cover with a lid for 7 minutes until they get softer. Add the lemon juice and leave the sardines for 3 more minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
