Spaghetti with roasted tomatoes and smoked piquant tuna
    Ingredients
  • 2 packs (160 g) smoked piquant tuna TRATA
  • 500g spaghetti
  • 300g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt and pepper
  • For serving:
  • Fresh dill
PREPARATION

Open the tuna cans and save the oil. Wash and dry the tomatoes. In a bowl put the tomatoes, bay leaves and the cloves of garlic, whole, without removing the skin. Stir, season with salt and pepper and pour them in a large deep frying pan. Let cook over high heat for about 15 minutes without stiring. The tomatoes should become soft and their skin lightly brown. Remove the garlic and the bay leaves. Alternatively, you may roast the tomatoes in a hot oven for about 20 minutes. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions, in salted boiling water. After the spaghetti is ready remove the pot from the heat and drain. Using tongs, transfer the pasta to the frying pan. Toss and serve placing the smoked tuna and dill on top.
