Spaghetti with nut butter and sardines TRATA
    Ingredients
  • 1 can of sardines piquant TRATA
  • 400 gr whole wheat spaghetti
  • 100 gr almonds
  • 100 gr walnuts
  • 100 gr hazelnuts
  • 2 tbsps tahini
  • 1 finely chopped garlic glove
  • 1 lemon
  • Some fennel leaves
  • Radishes in thin slices
  • Salt
  • Pepper
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:15 minutes

Cook the spaghetti according to instructions. Prepare the nut butter. Add the nuts in a frying pan at low temperature until nuts begin to grow a little darker. Set aside a few for serving and grind the remaining with the garlic, the lemon juice and the tahini until they turn into a creamy butter. Add the cream in a large bowl. When spaghetti is ready, strain but do not drain all of the pasta water. Add the spaghetti into the bowl with the nut butter and mix. Serve with the nuts, radish, fennel and whole sardines piquant TRATA.
