Sardines TRATA on ice woth potatoes, olives and cherry tomatoes
    Ingredients
  • 1 package of Trata on Ice frozen fresh Aegean sardine fillets (400 gr)
  • 30 gr olive oil
  • 200 gr boiled potatoes
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 100 gr cherry tomatoes
  • 100 gr black olives
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:25 minutes

Let the sardines thaw to room temperature. Pour the olive oil into a wide skillet and heat to a high temperature. Place the potatoes carefully and let their color change. Add the green onions. Turn over the potatoes with a fork. Add the sardines and pour in the lemon juice. Add the olives, cherry tomatoes, and parsley, and cook until the fillets are done. Serve with fresh rocket (arugula) leaves.
