Roasted Sardines TRATA on ice with Asparagus
    Ingredients
  • 1 package of TRATA on ice sardines fillets 400gr
  • 400 gr asparagus
  • 4 finely chopped green onions
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 gr mayonnaise
  • 30 gr finely chopped dill weed
  • lemon juice
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:20 minutes

Let the sardines reach room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180° C. Wash the asparagus and with a sharp knife, remove their hard outer peel. We can also use the same tool that is used to peel green beans. Place the asparagus, the sardines, the green onions, the garlic, the wine, and the olive oil in a small baking dish and bake for approximately 15 minutes. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the dill weed and the lemon juice. Serve the sardines and asparagus with the mayonnaise on the side.
