Pasta with smoked tuna TRATA and corn
    Ingredients
  • 1 can of smoked tuna TRATA
  • 400 gr whole wheat spaghetti
  • 300 gr leek in fine slices
  • 1 glove of garlic
  • 50 gr olive oil
  • 50 gr white wine
  • 400 gr corn
  • 50 gr finely chopped dill
  • salt
  • pepper
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:20 minutes

Put the leek, garlic and olive oil in a deep pan, add some salt, cover the pan and cook at a low temperature until the leek softens. Add the wine, dill, turn off the cooker and leave the lid closed for a few minutes. In the meantime cook the spaghetti with the corn according to instructions. When the spaghetti is ready, put it in the pan with the leek and turn on the cooker. Strain the corn and add it in the pan. Cook for a few minutes at a high temperature. Serve with fresh pepper.
