Pasta salad with peas, corn, and spicy anchovies TRATA
    Ingredients
  • 1 can of TRATA anchovies piquant
  • 300 gr of whole-grain pasta
  • 100 gr of peas
  • 100 gr of corn
  • 100 gr of carrots
  • 100 gr of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 fresh green onions, finely chopped
  • 100 gr parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 finely chopped clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:20 minutes

Boil the pasta in salted water, according to the instructions on the packet. Strain in a colander. Boil the vegetables in salted water and drain. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Prepare the sauce. Place the honey, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix and add the olive oil gradually. Add the pasta, the boiled vegetables, and the parsley, and toss. Serve with the anchovies on top.
