Chickpea and corn salad with smoked tuna
    Ingredients
  • 2 packs of TRATA smoked tuna
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 300g chickpeas, cooked
  • 50g spring onion
  • Coriander or other herbs, finely chopped
  • 300g corn, cooked
  • 200g sun-dried tomato paste
PREPARATION

Open the cans of tuna and save the oil. Place the oil in a bowl and add the sun-dried tomato paste and lemon juice. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Add the chickpeas, spring onion, coriander or other herbs, corn and toss. Place the smoked tuna on top and serve.
