We have established processes and control guidelines to thoroughly monitor all stages and parameters involved in the production, packaging, storage, and shipment of our products.
For all packaging materials, we accept supplier specifications only after careful review by our Quality Assurance Director and Technical Department. For final products, we follow precise specifications set by our Quality Control Director and the company's Chemical Consultant. Additionally, we provide written guidelines for handling complaints from customers and consumers, along with properly trained personnel.
Strict specifications are applied to all primary and auxiliary materials we use. Inspections are rigorously performed according to procedures drafted by the Quality Assurance Department and the company’s Chemical Consultant.
