Supplier Selection
Our Procurement Department primarily collaborates with suppliers who are certified according to the international ISO 14001 standard and have an environmental management system.
According to our environmental strategy, we expect suppliers to:
- Comply with all applicable local and international environmental laws and regulations.
- Minimize the negative environmental impacts of their operations and supply chains by reducing air pollution and hazardous waste production, as well as conserving water and energy.
- Invest resources in energy-efficient and environmentally friendly technologies.
The legal documents and certificates of prospective suppliers are checked during the supplier assessment process and before contract signing to verify the credibility of their operations.
