TRATA sardines with rocket, tomato and Thessaloniki sesame bread ring
    Ingredients
  • 2 cans of TRATA sardines
  • 2 Thessaloniki sesame bread rings
  • 2 pcs tomatoes
  • 2 bunches of rocket
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt, pepper
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:30 minutes

Wash, top and tail and dice the tomatoes. Cut the bread ring in 1 cm thick rounds. Clean and wash the rocket and dry it in absorbent paper. Open the can and carefully separate the sardine fillets. Mix the light sauce of the can with the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, producing a thick dressing. Mix the ingredients in a bowl, placing the sardines on their surface. Pour the dressing over and serve. Optionally, serve with Greek lettuce leaves.
