Spicy sardines TRATA on ice with pumpkin
    Ingredients
  • 1 package of TRATA on Ice sardine fillets
  • 30 ml of olive oil
  • 400 gr of diced pumpkin
  • 200 gr of dry red onions, cut in thin slices
  • 100 ml of white wine
  • 10 gr of curry powder
  • 10 gr of fresh ginger
  • Fresh dill weed and mint for serving
  • Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:30 minutes

Let the sardines thaw to room temperature. Pour the oil into a deep skillet and when it has heated, add the pumpkin. Let it color. Add the onion, sprinkle with salt, and cook at a low heat until soft. Pour in the wine and cook for a few more minutes. Add the ginger, curry powder, and sardines, cover with a lid and cook on medium heat until the fillets are ready. Serve with the fresh herbs.
