Cannelloni with vegetables and tuna TRATA
    Ingredients
  • 2 cans of tuna TRATA
  • 250 gr. cannelloni (1/2 package)
  • 2 chopped eggplants
  • 2 chopped zucchini
  • 2 chopped dry onions
  • 2 chopped fennel
  • 250 gr. white mushrooms
  • 1/3 bunch of basil
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:1 hour & 45 minutes

Clean and wash vegetables. Wash and finely chop the basil. Finely chop onion, dice the other vegetables and cut the mushrooms in thin slices. In a pot frizzle them with olive oil, add salt and pepper and mix. Open the tuna cans, empty the content in the pot, add basil and cook for 12 minutes. Fill the cannelloni with the mixture and place them in a casserole dish. Bake in preheated oven at 160oC for 45 minutes. *Gratinate with parmesan type cheese **We can add tomato sauce at the bottom of the casserole pot before putting the cannelloni and then bake.
