Anchovy fillet TRATA on ice saganaki with feta cheese & mustard
    Ingredients
  • 1 Can anchovy fillet TRATA On Ice (400 gr.)
  • 200ml White wine
  • 2 Tablespoons spicy mustard
  • 200gr. Feta cheese
  • ½ Bunch parsley
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:5'

Add olive oil in a small pot and sauté the anchovy fillet TRATA On Ice for 2-3 minutes. Add the wine and leave it for 2 minutes so alcohol is evaporated. Add mustard and cook for 5 minutes until it becomes a thick sauce. Remove from heat and add the feta cheese and the chopped parsley.
